It’s only been a month since Indra Bekti officially divorced with Aldila Jelita. The 45-year-old presenter began to feel lonely living life without the presence of his wife and two children.
“Sometimes it’s like that. When I’m in my own room, I sometimes miss it,” said Indra Bekti in the Radio Dalam area, Jakarta, recently.
Indra Bekti admits that it is difficult to forget the moments of living with Aldila Jelita and the children who have been together for dozens of years.
“Yes, the names were the same, right, especially with the children. They were usually noisy, sleeping together, watching movies together,” recalled Indra Bekti.
Moreover, Indra Bekti could only meet Aldila Jelita and her children once a week according to the initial agreement made. It made him miss that moment even more.
“Usually it’s once a week, with the kids too. So that’s how it’s decided, when you can meet him. But you can’t meet him every day. That’s why I really miss the kids,” explained Indra Bekti.
Indra Bekti has no other choice and can only harbor longing by occasionally communicating with Aldila Jelita and the children through video calls.
“If it’s like that again, I miss it, I like the phone, video calls with the mother, with the children too. Yes, it cures the feeling of longing,” said Indra Bekti.
Even though it’s hard, Indra Bekti is grateful that Aldila Jelita and the children have maintained communication until now.
“Even though we are separated as husband and wife, as long as the friendship continues for me, that’s really enough,” he concluded.
