Ricky was optimistic that the boss of the Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) Indosurya, Henry Surya, will be punished for alleged fraud and embezzlement of customer money. Ricky is one of the victims of KSP Indosurya, who faithfully oversees KSP Indosurya’s legal process until he is tried in court.
But today Ricky’s belief is one-sided. Ricky and the victims KSP Indosurya others had to witness the judge release Henry Surya from the criminal law trap.
“Today’s decision is a very strange decision,” Ricky told reporters at the West Jakarta District Court (Jakbar), Jalan Letjen S Parman Number 71, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta.
Ricky said the strange thing he meant was when the judge read out the verdict, which he said was not loud or not clear. This made Ricky wonder.
“Today’s decision not only did the audience not hear, journalists who were present today also did not hear clearly. Even the prosecutor who sat closest to the panel of judges also could not hear what was decided by the panel of judges,” said Ricky to journalists,” he said.

“It has become a puzzle until now, what is read,” added Ricky.
He also admitted that he had protested to the panel of judges. He asked for the verdict on Henry Surya to be reread firmly and clearly.
“But it doesn’t matter,” he said.
KSP victim Indosurya others did appear to directly express their disappointment at the judge. They cheered on the judge.
