Indosat Workers Union (SP Indosat) from various regions reported criminal allegations of several individual Directors of PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) to the police. They visited Polda Lampung, Polda Surabaya, and Polda Metro Jaya.
SP Indosat reported several unscrupulous Directors of Indosat on suspicion of criminal acts of union busting / intimidation. The alleged criminal offense that was reported was Article 28 in conjunction with Article 43 of Law no. 21/2000 concerning Trade Unions / labor unions with the threat of imprisonment for a minimum of 1 (one) year and a maximum of 5 years and / or a fine of at least Rp. 100 million and a maximum of Rp. 500 million.
The reporters who reported the alleged criminal charges were the Chairman of DPC SP Indosat Sumbagsel Dedi Raswan, Secretary of DPC SP Indosat East Java Mustafa Kamal, and the DPP SP Indosat-Jakarta Manager Yanuar Kurniawan.

SP Indosat also accused the telecommunications company of many problems, for example the increasing number of foreign workers, the policy of eliminating health facilities for retirees, neglecting PKB and unions, and mass layoffs.
