To provide the best experience for its customers, Indosat Ooredoo is further expanding the reach of its service outlets through collaboration with Erajaya carrying the Shop-in-Shop (SIS) concept. The SIS concept allows the public to get Indosat Ooredoo services at Erafone outlets throughout Indonesia.

With the SIS concept in collaboration with Erajaya, Indosat Ooredoo’s service points are now closer to the customers’ residences. In addition, it also provides convenience and comfort in meeting the telecommunications needs of the Indonesian people.
