Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Infinix products were once called rare on the market, aka ‘magical’ and made their prices rise. Infinix Indonesia opened their voices about this.
Infinix Indonesia’s Country Marketing Manager, Sergio Ticoalu, said that his party always controls issues in the field. He also makes sure the price is in accordance with the official retail price.
“For that, we will always control it. We always make sure that the price we market is in accordance with the announced SRP,” he said when met after the launch of the Infinix GT 10 Pro, in Jakarta, Monday (21/8/2023).
Regarding the supply chain, Sergio also said that Infinix Indonesia is always making improvements, by ensuring that all products reach consumers.
“If you want to say the stock is magical, we will make sure that all Indonesian smartphone consumers who are interested in Infinix can get the product,” he explained.
Infinix also guarantees that its newest GT 10 Pro product will be easy to find on the market. “Definitely,” said Sergio.
Previously, CNBC Indonesia conducted market monitoring in the ITC Kuningan and Ambassador areas last July. One of the traders, Didi, said that Infinix Hot 3i products were difficult to find.
In fact, the scarcity of the product affects the selling price in the market. “Prices have gone up quite a bit,” said Didi at the time.
