Playing at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Surabaya, Friday (10/11/2023) Indonesia drew 1-1 with Ecuador. Indonesia scored first via Arkhan Kaka in the 22nd minute.
Ecuador responded with a goal six minutes later. Allen Obando scored the goal for Ecuador with a header.

Welber Jardim and Ji Da-bin are two diaspora players trusted by Bima Sakti to be starters when Indonesia plays Ecuador. Jardim played to the fullest. Meanwhile Ji Da-bin played 73 minutes.
Jardim was the Indonesian player who made the most passes against Ecuador. The FIFA website recorded that the Sao Paulo club player sent the ball to the opponent 43 times.
Apart from that, Jardim also pressed the most times with a record 38 times. Meanwhile, Ji Da-bin was able to move without the ball with a record 46 times providing passing options for Indonesian players.
