Indonesian community in Qatar celebrates Eid Al Fitr with family gatherings

The Indonesian Embassy in Qatar and Indonesian community groups such as Indonesian Community in Dukhan (PKD), Indonesian Community in Al Khor, Minang Community Association (IKM) and Indonesian Community Association at QAPCO (INDOQAPCO) hosted family gatherings during Eid Al Fitr in Dukhan, Wakra and Al Khor. With over three decades of presence, the Indonesian community comprises around 20,000 individuals in Qatar and has been actively participating in various events including the World Cup Qatar 2022. This year, the Indonesian community’s role is significant as 2023 marks the Qatar-Indonesia Year of Culture with various cultural promotion programs scheduled. The cultural year aims to take Indonesia and Qatar relations to another level.
