In Indonesia, the eruption of Mount Ili Lewotolok volcano forced thousands of people to evacuate their homes: the local airport also closed
Thousands of people were forced to evacuate after yesterday morning’s eruption of the volcano Mount Ili Lewotolok, in Indonesia. This was announced by the country’s disaster agency which stressed that there is currently no damage to people or property. As already mentioned, however, residents of the area were asked to evacuate and wear masks to protect themselves from the ashes. It had been three years since an eruption had not occurred Nusa Southeast. Local airport also closed Wunopitu.

Indonesia, a country prone to volcanism and earthquakes
