The Indonesian team must work hard and make the right strategy to beat Taiwan in the final match of the Group A phase Thomas Cup 2020 at Ceres Arena, Aarhus, Denmark, Rabu (13/10).
Previously, the Red and White Team had won two victories in the Group A phase. A 5-0 victory over Algeria in the first match and 3-2 over Thailand in the second match.
The match against Taiwan was the deciding match for Team Thomas Indonesia to qualify for the quarter-finals. Facing Taiwan is not easy, because they are supported by the men’s doubles gold medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Lee Yang/Wang Chi Lin, and one of the top men’s singles players, Chou Tien Chen.
“It’s not easy to face Taiwan, supported by the Olympic men’s double gold winner. There is also singles player Chou Tien Chen. Even so, we have to work hard and apply the right strategy to beat them,” said Eddy Prayitno, Indonesia Team Manager for Thomas. and Uber Cup 2020.

Meanwhile, Head of Binpres PP PBSI Rionny Mainaky said the strategy in determining the line-up and game tactics must be right when facing Taiwan.
Rionny hopes that the singles and doubles sectors must be able to play optimally to contribute points.
