Speaking at a February 17 seminar in Jakarta, Sidharto Surdyodipuro said Canada has significant potential in the area of energy transition, which could make Southeast Asia an epicenter of growth. economic.
He said Canada has abundant resources of essential minerals, such as cobalt and lithium. Canada can support and cooperate in the region to develop certain areas such as the electric vehicle ecosystem that ASEAN is pursuing as well as to support renewable energy.
