Indonesia All Star U-20 won 3-0 over Bali United U-18 in the event International Youth Championship 2021 at the Jakarta International Stadium, Friday (15/4) afternoon WIB.
This victory is the first for Indonesia All Star U-20 from the two matches that have been played. Meanwhile, Bali United lost again because they previously lost 0-5 to Atletico Madrid U-18.
Indonesia All Star U-20 opened the scoring when the match was running 12 minutes. The execution of a free kick from Alif Jaelani managed to shake the Bali United U-18 goal.
The pressure was more intensely given to Indonesia All Star U-20 after opening the scoring. That effort resulted in a second goal for Ilham Romadhona’s team just twelve minutes later.
Ardi Ardiana’s header took advantage of a corner kick which resulted in a goal that made the score 2-0.
Bali United U-18 did not stay silent. Bali United U-18s tried to score a goal but nothing was created until the end of the first half.
In the second half the game was interesting. The dominance of the game is still owned by Indonesia All Star U-20 but Bali United U-18 appear determined to be able to balance the opponent’s game.
Indonesia All Star U-20 is getting the upper hand because it is able to increase the score to 3-0. The third goal was scored by substitute Muhammad Taufany through a volley from inside the penalty box.
Indonesia All Star U-20 got two consecutive chances in the middle of the second half. However, the opportunities that Yadi Mulyadi and Salman Alfarid got were countered by I Komang Aryaantara.
In the remaining time of the match, Bali United U-18 was never able to score a goal. As a result, the 3-0 score for Indonesia All Star U-20 victory over Bali United U-18 did not change.
