Under the procedural leadership of the Tyachev district prosecutor’s office, the cohabitants were reported on suspicion of raping a minor child, possession of child pornography and committing domestic violence. In addition, the mother was informed of the suspicion that sexual abuse had been committed against this child.
According to the investigation, the man, together with his cohabitant, committed sexual acts against her daughter, who was under 14 years old. Separate episodes of the child’s mother filmed and sent to him.
After receiving information about the commission of unlawful acts against a minor, law enforcement officers quickly found and detained the mother of the child and his partner. They are currently in a temporary detention facility.
The issue of electing suspected measures is being decided. However, the prosecutor’s office will insist on uncontested detention.
If found guilty, both suspects face up to fifteen years in prison.
