BNP Paribas Personal Finance is looking for its future Online Personal Client Advisor, for a 6-month CDD M / F – Lille
You do not know the banking or credit sector … so what?
Come with your commercial temperament and your customer orientation and we will pass on the knowledge of our products to you.
Concretely your daily life?
– Respond to requests from our customers, on the use of their current credit or on any request related to a new project and optimize each contact
– Analyze the needs of our customers in order to offer them, by commercial rebound, new financing offers, an increase in reserve or additional equipment (insurance)
– Manage entrusted files in compliance with procedures and safety rules, demonstrating exemplary behavior, particularly in terms of rigor and integrity
– Contribute to the development of a lasting and personalized relationship with our customers
– Offer a quality relationship to customers, in order to satisfy them and contribute to “relational excellence”

You will join BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Better known in France under its Cetelem and Cofinoga trademarks, the company offers consumer credit products as well as insurance and provident products.
At the foot of the Romarin tram station (La Madeleine), you will join a Customer Relations Center and will be part of a team of ten employees, led by a local manager, in whom you will enthusiastically take up the challenges offered!
The Customer Relations Center is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Supported throughout your integration process for 2 to 3 weeks, you will quickly master our financial products, our tools, our sense of customer service, by being an actor of our Responsible Credit.
Regular briefs with your manager and the sharing of best practices with your team will allow you to optimize your skills development.
And the remuneration?
This is an important subject, which will of course be addressed if it matches between us! We will be able to value your training and your commercial experience in your fixed remuneration, to which will be added a variable part.
And after… ?
At the end of this first CDD experience at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, you will be able to advise a variety of clients in life projects. So many qualities and months of experience to highlight in your CV!
