KOMPAS.com – service internet IndiHome reported problems. Some IndiHome users complain that internet service has stalled and some even disconnected on Friday (7/17/2020) morning at around 09.00 WIB.
From monitoring on the Twitter timeline, complaints come from various regions in Indonesia. One of them is a user with an account @Bendy_Lumajang who question whether disruption IndiHome services occur in the East Java region.

Likewise, one of the users from Bali complained about IndiHome’s service disruption two days ago.

Many users complain that this disorder occurs in the morning, when most people still have to work and learn from home. As complained one of the users of IndiHome with the account name @Krtnh09_

Similarly, other IndiHome users with account names @The majority who say internet disruption interferes with his work.

From monitoring on Twitter, most users found the indicator light on router a green color that indicates that the connection should be normal. Some have done it too subtractt modem, but the subscription still happens.

KompasTekno has requested Telkom’s response to confirm this disturbance. Agus Winarno, Vice President of Customer Care at IndiHome confirmed that there was a disturbance and is currently under investigation.
“The temporary information was that there were mass disturbances in several locations,” Agus explained via text message.
