Telkom officially released IndiHome legally to Telkomsel as of July 1, 2023. Under Telkomsel, how much IndiHome service prices in the future?
In this regard, the Main Director of Telkomsel, Hendri Mulya Syam, discussed the potential for an increase in the price of IndiHome services after being released from Telkom.
“Regarding tariffs, of course we will not make any changes, we will see the market,” said Hendri in Jakarta, Tuesday night (27/6/2023).
Hendri mentions the benefits that customers feel when IndiHome join Telkomselone of which is that customers make it easier in terms of payments because it is done in one channel.
“(Previously) customers paid separately, of course it would make it easier for services in one payment. We will sell to customers as needed, for example broadband Of course, it includes IndiHome, Orbit, mobile prepaid and on top of this there is already an existing application,” he said.
Hendri revealed that the merger of Telkomsel and IndiHome would make the Telkom Group stronger.
Besides that, it will also make it easier Telkomsel as a cellular operator preparing to launch a product fixed mobile converge (FMC), which is a combined product between fixed broadband and mobile.
“Why? because both of them are big players in their industry Telkom, IndiHome with millions of subscribers and Telkomsel with hundreds of millions of subscribers. This will make Telkomsel more known to people and make it easier for FMC (fixed mobile convergence),” he said.
