Indiana Jones and the Great Ring will be available on Xbox Series X and S and PC on December 9. The game will also come to PlayStation 5 in the spring of 2025.
This confirms previous rumors about a PS5 version. A new trailer for the game was also shown, which can be seen below.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has a first-person view, although the camera sometimes switches to third-person – for example during cutscenes or when Indiana Jones climbs. The appearance of the main character is based on a young Harrison Ford, the actor who plays the character in the movies. The voice is provided by Troy Baker, known for his role as Joel in The Last of Us games.
The story of the game takes place between the films Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. When Indiana Jones encounters a hulking burglar at Marshall College who has stolen relics, the adventurer travels to Vatican City to find out more. Other places that players visit include Egypt and the Himalayas.
During battle, players can not only shoot guns, but also fight with their fists or use the iconic whip. Puzzles also play an important role in the game.
Indiana Jones and the Great Ring will be released sometime later this year on Xbox Series X and S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass.
