An Indian man orders a silicone doll to ‘revive’ his dead wife. He spent up to USD 3 thousand or around Rp. 44.9 million to make this happen.
Tapas Sandilya (65) lost his wife, Indrani, in 2021 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Before her death, Indrani advised that if she died before her husband, she would make a silicone doll in the form of herself to continue to accompany Sandilya.
