Indian Ocean: a tropical storm forming northeast of Madagascar

Convective activity within the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ZICT) is at its peak. For several days already, meteorologists have been interested in cloud clusters. Two threats have been identified, the first is located northeast of Mada, the second east-northeast of the Mascarenes.
