Dublin: An Indian man who sexually assaulted a young woman during a concert at Marley Park has had his sentence suspended. The proceedings are at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Karthikeya Gupta, 22, of Tandies Lane, Lucan, Dublin, was banned from Ireland for 10 years by the court. Judge Martin Nolan handed down the sentence, suspending a 21-month prison sentence. The judge ordered him to leave the country within two weeks and not to return for 10 years.
