The court has granted bail to Divya for humanitarian reasons. The woman is the head of the family and the bail was given on the basis of what will happen to the family if the woman who heads the family leaves. On Tuesday, the court was adjourned for judgment. At the same time, the court noted that the BNS 108 offense of killing the accused PP Divya will remain in the case. The court has given a 33 page judgement.

The bail was granted with personal bail conditions of one lakh rupees, to appear before the investigation team every Monday, without leaving Kannur area, if you have your passport, you have to submit it to the court , if you don’t do that, you must give an affidavit in court, and you must not influence the witnesses.
