Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The New Delhi city government recently set the PCR price to 500 rupees or Rp. 96 thousand. This price is down from the previous one in the range of 800 rupees or the equivalent of Rp. 150 thousand.
For antigens, India sets the price for a rapid antigen test at 300 rupees or around Rp. 58 thousand. “The Delhi government has drastically reduced the price of Corona tests. This will help ordinary people,” Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Twitter.
Then why in Indonesia the price is exorbitant? The Ministry of Health has set the highest limit rate for independent PCR swabs of Rp 900 thousand.
