India-Pak cricket excitement again; Mark the date, Blue Army to retain U-19 Asia Cup – Asianet News

Dubai: After the break, India and Pakistan face each other on the cricket field. In the Under-19 Men’s Asia Cup, which will be held in Dubai, the exciting battle between the neighbors will take place on December 10. Eight teams are competing in the U-19 Asia Cup cricket tournament. India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal are in Group A and Bangladesh, Japan, Sri Lanka, UAE are in Group B. All the matches in the tournament will start at 9.30 am.

India’s first match in the Under-19 Men’s Asia Cup is against Afghanistan on December 8. Pakistan will also play against Nepal on the same day. On the 9th, Bangladesh will face UAE and Sri Lanka will face Japan. India and Pakistan will face each other on the 10th. Afghanistan-Nepal match is also on that day. On December 11, Sri Lanka will face UAE, Bangladesh will face Japan, and on December 12, Pakistan will face Afghanistan and India will face Nepal. The group stage will conclude on the 13th with Bangladesh-Sri Lanka and UAE-Japan matches. While the semi-final matches will be held on December 15, the final of the U-19 Asia Cup will be held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on the 17th.

Team India are the current champions in the Under-19 Men’s Asia Cup. In the final of the 2021 tournament, Sri Lanka was defeated by the Indian youth team. This was also India’s eighth title in the tournament.
