Bērziņš was appointed chairman of the board of directors of the newly established company, while Gundars Sproga and Ieva Jāgere were appointed board members.

“Indexo AIFP” was founded on 10 October 2022, but was registered in the Business Register on 2 November. The legal address of the company is Daugavgrivas street 7B, Riga.

Representatives of “Indexo” told the LETA agency that the company plans to register its business with the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FKTK) to initiate an active fund operation in the near future and within 3-4 months.

According to the company’s explanation, the alternative investment fund management company will initially aim to create and manage a competitive and low-cost real estate fund, in which it will be possible to invest both Baltic institutional and private investors.

The investment management company “Indexo” was founded in 2017.

It has already been reported that “Indexo” implemented the initial public offering of shares this summer, which raised 7.49 million euros.

The purpose of the initial public offering of “Indexo” shares was to attract investment to set up a bank. According to the information above, it is planned to apply for a banking license in 2022.
