This year’s indexation of pensions is higher than expected and amounts to 7%. We present the amounts of the lowest guaranteed benefits.
The indexation covers benefits granted until the end of February 2022. The following items are indexed: retirement pensions, disability pensions, survivors ‘pensions, social pensions, pre-retirement benefits and allowances, teachers’ compensation benefits, as well as supplements to these benefits, e.g. a nursing allowance or a supplement for full orphans.

Each pensioner will receive a decision on the new amount of his benefit. The dispatch of valorisation decisions will not start earlier than in April.
– Along with the decisions on valorization, we will also send decisions on granting the so-called thirteen. Earlier, the information about the value of the valorization will be available on your account on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform, says Krystyna Michałek, regional spokesman for ZUS in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
