Index – Kultúr – Pogány Induló’s organization almost terminated its service

Pogány Induló recently appeared with a new song and clip. The spigot was opened, the honesty came out, the rapper stripped off his fears and recalled his darkest moments in the short film. The ONE/TWO a two-act drama packed into a five-minute video clip – neither a comedy nor a tragedy, but a bit of both.

“For me, it’s not a grave or something symbolizing death, but a pit from which I have to climb out,” Induló Pogány analyzed that certain sinister scene – visible at 1 minute 17 seconds in the clip – which he previously posted on Instagram.

The rapper announced the new music and music video months ago, it is ONE/TWO it was finally uploaded to music and video sharing sites on October 30, 2024, and since then it has more than half a million views on YouTube.

He wrote the unwritten

Pogány Induló is going through a difficult period, he said about it on social media and to our newspaper. At the time, he said, he had to deal not with addiction, but rather with mental overload. He felt that he was being driven like a workhorse, there were many concerts, many parties, he was simply exhausted.

The 19-year-old rapper broke down, and his body almost gave up.

This (almost) tragic period is commemorated in the new production. Not only from the lyrics of the song, but also from the music video and the visual storytelling, it is crystal clear how big the problem could have been.

Most of the commentators seem to be eating up the new trek, but several people are still worried about the health of Pogány Induló. Some say it is ONE/TWO a cry for help, as it contains harsh, worrying sentences:

The manager calls 104

I’m having another seizure in the ER

It’s not a game anymore

Why do I hear a process in my head, “You’re going to die!”

For now, I know I’m not dying

Still, bro, I feel like I’m broken, I’m broken…

The short film, which can be interpreted as a work of art as a whole, runs on several threads and timelines, is simultaneously full of fictitious elements, and at the same time operates with real images, directed by Balázs Büki, cinematographer Kristóf M. Deák.

The clip can’t be complained about not only in terms of narration, but also in terms of the visuals, as a series of images and visual metaphors hit us in the face so that we just hold our heads, the clip is also better photographed than 99 percent of domestic films…

Although the clip dissects serious topics, it is much more than a sung rant cluster: it contains references to the MVM dome concert in spring, the end of a teenage love, the importance of family and friends, and the extremes of star life – both in a negative and positive sense.
