Tragedy shook the III. district on Friday night after they delayed a man in an apartment in a condominium on Nánási út.
In the building on the banks of the Danube, 20 to 25 studio apartments have been set up, each with tenants, and one of them joined his main tenant on Friday night and stabbed a 66-year-old man who was known to be the father-in-law of a well-known Fidesz politician.
A central ambulance arrived at the scene, a resuscitation attempt was made, but unfortunately it had to be seen that there was no chance of success, the man’s injuries were so severe that he lost his life at the scene
– said Pál Győrfi, a spokesman for the National Ambulance Service.
The 57-year-old man, suspected of murder, moved into the apartment last year, lived alone, and although he had no problems at first, he has received many complaints in recent months. Presumably the rent should have been paid on Friday night, which is why the two men got together.
My colleagues captured the alleged perpetrator on the spot, produced it, interrogated him as a suspect, and detained him. He was prosecuted for a well-founded suspicion of murder. The suspect admitted his act at the interrogation
Said Soma Csécsi, a spokesman for the Budapest Police Headquarters. The court may decide to arrest the man in the coming days.
