“Cat, what’s up man…I’m at a loss for words. Rest in peace my friend and may you be in a better place up there”. This is what he wrote in his profile Kostadin Donchev, who died today at the Sopot Military Medical Center his friend.

“First of all, I would like to express my deepest condolences on behalf of the colleagues, workers and management of VMZ to the relatives of the deceased young man – Kostadin Donchev.
The accident happened around 6:30 this morning in workshop 241 of the plant in Sopot. I regret to say that on his own initiative and in gross violation of the rules for safe work, Kostadin Donchev climbs on a lifter /a facility with an increased risk/ to wipe the condensation from the vapors of the baths without stopping the current.
The deceased young man worked as a “cyan bath galvanizer” in workshop 241. He has been working at the Military Medical Center since May 3 of this year and, according to his immediate superior, he was an extremely good worker who quickly got to grips with the specifics of the job.
He went through an initial briefing, and every day after that, a daily briefing, including this morning. Unfortunately, however, this action of his, I will repeat again – performed without authorization and in gross violation of safety rules, leads to the fatal accident.
Once again, we express our condolences to the relatives of the deceased young man. The plant’s management has taken steps to speak to the parents who are abroad and will cover all funeral expenses.”
