Meerut. There is anger among the advocates of West UP including Meerut after the police lathi charge on the advocates in the Ghaziabad District Judge’s court. In the meeting in Ghaziabad, a strike has been announced till 21st till the transfer of the District Judge. Ghaziabad Bar Association has announced to take command of the Central Struggle Committee. At the same time, the indefinite strike of lawyers has started. There was no significant impact due to the state holiday on Saturday. Officials of various bar associations will hold a virtual meeting on Sunday for further strategy. Rohitash Aggarwal, President of High Court Bench Central Sangharsh Committee, West Uttar Pradesh, says that the advocates have always been ready for the welfare and will be ready in future also. Regarding this, a meeting of the former presidents of Meerut Bar was also held on Saturday and a solution will be found by discussing with the Bar officers of other districts in the District Bar.

On the other hand, General Secretary Amit Dixit says that all the advocates are one family. Many times there may be different views on some things in the family, but we are all united among ourselves. Everyone is together. A strategy will be discussed for further outline.

District Bar Association President Ravindra Singh said that on Sunday, a virtual meeting will be held with the officials of all the districts of Uttar Pradesh and talks will be taken and a solution will be taken, because the strike cannot be a permanent solution to any problem. District Bar Association General Secretary Anand Kashyap said that further strategy will be made on the Ghaziabad case after talking to officials and senior advocates of all the districts.
