KYIV, UKRAINE (Aftenposten): Russia continues to attack energy infrastructure in and around the capital. Now half of the capital can go black.
It started off as a normal, quiet Thursday in central Kiev.
Residents of the capital were moving in and out of cafes. Parents took their children to the park. Lovers enjoying the view from the belvedere of the city. Car traffic moved normally on the streets. But people who wanted to cross the street in some parts of the city center had to be careful.
