Increasing shortage of beds… Another death while waiting for a confirmed patient in Seoul

– After being diagnosed with a novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) in Seoul, a patient who was unable to be hospitalized due to lack of hospital rooms and was quarantined at home died again.

According to Yonhap News on the 20th, a report was received that A, a man in his 60s, who was self-isolation after a corona 19 confirmed in Guro-gu, Seoul the previous day, died at 10 pm. Mr. A, who was in quarantine after a friend we had dinner with a while ago was diagnosed with Corona 19, was tested at a screening clinic on the 17th and was confirmed the day before.

He was waiting for hospitalization at home because he did not have a hospital room, but was found unconscious by his family.

The quarantine authorities are looking into whether Mr. A had an underlying disease.

The 122nd fatality, who died on the 15th after being confirmed as confirmed on the 12th, also died while waiting for hospitalization.
