Yesterday was an extraordinary day for Bcc Monte Pruno, which confirms its commitment to social inclusion and support for young people with concrete action.
Alessandro Cioffia young person followed by the Giovamente cooperative and included in the Life Is a Game Autisms program, has officially joined the Banca Monte Pruno team with his signature at the Salerno branch.
Starting next week, Alessandro will undertake a training internship which will represent a fundamental moment for his professional growth.
“Alessandro’s smile speaks more than a thousand words. It is an exciting and significant day for all of us. On behalf of the entire Bcc Monte Pruno team, we wish him a path full of satisfactions”, declared the general director, Michele Albanese, welcoming Alessandro with great enthusiasm.
This special initiative was born thanks to the synergy between Banca Monte Pruno and the Giovamente cooperative, led by president Luca Goffredo and vice-president Rosa Mandia.
The collaboration is the result of a long shared path, which includes projects such as the creation of the Indigo Space in Sant’Arsenio and the organization of the VII International Congress Autisms, scheduled in Salerno at the end of November.
This collaboration represents a unique model of its kind, and confirms the mission of Bcc Monte Pruno to leave no one behind, supporting with determination those who experience difficult situations, such as autism, proving, once again, a concrete example of sensitivity and inclusion.
At the signing of the contract, at the Salerno branch, together with Alessandro and his family, the deputy general director Cono Federico, the head of human resources and organization Francesca Sessa, the Salerno supervisor Barbara Amorelli and the colleagues of the branch were present , ready to support him in this integration process.
