ASSOCIATION OF THE PARALYZED OF FRANCE (APF) – SESVAD du Rhône
The APF delegations in Villeurbanne and Bourg en Bresse carry out the following main missions: Through its various teams of actors made up of members with disabilities, volunteers, interns and employees, the delegations work towards inclusion in society people with motor disabilities with or without associated disorders through the defense of their rights. The delegations are responsible for coordinating, leading and working jointly with members with disabilities, volunteers, employees and partners. They strive to promote the place of people with disabilities by seeking partnerships with a multitude of stakeholders, including businesses, local authorities, schools and associations. The delegations do not only intervene in its locations but cover certain parts of the two departments Rhône and Ain, in particular through its relay groups in Villefranche sur Saône and Oyonnax with its actions to combat isolation through leisure.
