Incident in the metro. For NOVA, the director of “Metropolitan Sofia” Stoyan Bratoev pointed out that around 3.30 pm today “an air conditioner on one of the trains has smoked” in the area of the “Slivnitsa” bus stop, in the direction of the “Lyulin” district. The train was towed immediately to the depot.
There was a slightly longer interval until the composition was downloaded and a new one was released, he added. The passengers were evacuated immediately, no people or employees were injured. The damage is material. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
