Incidences develop differently – SWR Aktuell

The seven-day incidences in the Heilbronn-Franken region developed differently from last Friday. The district of Hohenlohe currently has the highest value in the region.

According to the State Health Office (as of Monday at 4pm), the seven-day incidence in the Hohenlohe district is currently the highest in the region at 143. This value has increased since last Friday (119). The incidence in the Schwäbisch Hall district also increased to 73 (Friday: 65) and in the Heilbronn city area to just 120 (Friday: 114). Meanwhile, the values in the Heilbronn district fell to 131 (Friday: 132) and in the Main-Tauber district to 93 (Friday: 107)

104 patients with COVID-19 are currently being treated in intensive care units in the state of Baden-Württemberg, 22 more than at the end of last week.

Experts suspect a large number of unreported cases

Many positive cases are not included in the seven-day incidence because only positive PCR tests are reported to health authorities, but not rapid tests. Experts therefore assume a large number of unreported cases.
