Incidence value increases minimally – no deaths

In Hamburg, the incidence value on Monday was 0.2 points higher than the previous day. According to the RKI, the Whitsun weekend can mean fewer reports.

Monday, May 24th: Incidence value increases minimally

On Whit Monday, the city of Hamburg reports a corona incidence of 41.0. The value is thus marginally higher than the day before. The city’s health authorities also reported 84 new infections. There were no new deaths.

The Robert Koch Institute points out, however, that there may be irregularities due to the lower number of registrations due to the extended weekend with Whitsun holidays.

Sunday, May 23: incidence value unchanged

The incidence value is also given on Sunday as 40.8. The RKI also reports 86 new infections and two deaths.

On Saturday, the seven-day incidence in Hamburg is 40.8. 99 new infections and two deaths were registered.

On Friday morning, the seven-day incidence in Hamburg is at the lowest value of the week at 43.8. In addition, 145 new infections were registered. No new deaths were reported.

Since the pandemic began, 75,479 people in Hamburg have tested positive for Covid-19. 1,541 of them died.

Thursday, May 20: Incidence value increases slightly

On Thursday, the city of Hamburg reported a seven-day incidence of 45.4. It is thus slightly higher than the day before. In addition, 190 new infections and six deaths were registered.

Wednesday May 19: Seven-day incidence continues to decline

On Wednesday morning, the corona incidence in Hamburg was 44.7. That is the lowest value in seven months. The health authorities are also reporting 58 new infections and two deaths related to Covid-19.

Tuesday, May 18: Corona incidence continues to decline

The incidence value for Hamburg on Tuesday morning was 49.4 and thus significantly below the previous day’s level. Fortunately, there are no new deaths to report. The number of new infections is 95.

Monday, May 17th: the incidence value continues to fall

At 54.7, the incidence value at the beginning of the week is also lower than the previous day. The Robert Koch Institute also reports 102 new infections – there were no new deaths.

Since the beginning of the corona pandemic, 74,991 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Hamburg. 1,533 of them died.

On Sunday, the city of Hamburg reported an incidence value of 57.2. Compared to the previous week, it has fallen by more than 30 points.

In addition, 65 new infections and two further deaths related to Covid-19 were reported.

Saturday, May 15: incidence value almost unchanged

The incidence value in Hamburg has fallen by half a point. The number of new infections is 155 and there was one newly registered death.

Friday May 14th: the incidence fell again

On Friday, too, the city of Hamburg reported a lower incidence compared to the previous day. The value is 72.7. The number of new infections is 174. There were no reported deaths.

The corona incidence in Hamburg was 78.0 on Thursday. 177 new infections were registered and four more deaths reported.

Wednesday, May 12th: the incidence value drops

On Wednesday morning, the city of Hamburg reported a decreased incidence of 80.6. In addition, 145 new infections and seven deaths were reported.

Tuesday May 11th: incidence almost unchanged

The incidence figure for Hamburg on Tuesday was 86.4 and thus remains almost unchanged. The Robert Koch Institute reports 192 new infections. No deaths were reported.

Since the pandemic began, 74,172 people in Hamburg have tested positive for Covid-19. 1,519 of them died.

Monday 10 May: the incidence value continues to fall

At the start of the week, the seven-day incidence is lower than the day before. It stands at 86.3 and is therefore as low as it was two months ago. The city of Hamburg also reports 148 new infections. No new deaths were registered as of Monday.
