New corona rules BW: The Ministry of Social Affairs is planning this from an incidence of 100
In a message on Friday (April 16, 2021), Manne Lucha’s Ministry of Social Affairs approved the plan for new corona rules in BW summarized in twelve points:
- Private get-togethers in public or private spaces are only permitted if they are attended by at most members of a household and one other person including the children belonging to their household up to the age of 14.
- The operation of betting shops, museums, galleries, zoological and botanical gardens as well as memorials for the public remains prohibited altogether.
- Sport is only permitted in the form of contactless exercise of individual sports that are exercised alone, in pairs or with members of the own household, as well as when exercising individual and team sports as part of competitive and training operations in top and professional sports.
- Body-close services such as cosmetic, nail, massage, tattoo and piercing studios as well as cosmetic foot care facilities and similar facilities are closed with the exception of medically necessary treatments (in particular physiotherapy and occupational therapy, speech therapy, podiatry and foot care). Tanning salons are also to be closed.
- A previous quick test is required for customers of hairdressers and barbershops.
- The operation of music, art and youth art schools is only permitted as part of online lessons.
- Shops are no longer allowed to offer pick-up offers. Only delivery services are allowed.
- Insofar as basic supply stores, in particular those from the food sector, remain open, the limit on the maximum permitted sales area per customer will be tightened again from 10 to 20 square meters (for shops up to 800 square meters) and from 20 to 40 square meters (for those over 800 square meters) Square meters).
- Hardware stores are closed.
- There is a nightly exit restriction between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Leaving the apartment is only permitted if there are valid reasons.
- Day care centers and schools are closed to face-to-face operations on three consecutive days with an incidence of 200 or more. Exceptions are made in particular for graduating classes.
Corona Regulation BW: These rules apply until April 18, 2021
- Closure of museums, galleries, zoological and botanical gardens and memorials to the public.
- Closure of outdoor sports facilities for amateur and individual recreational sports. From March 29, a maximum of five people from no more than two households may be active in individual sports. Children up to and including 14 years of age still do not count. Couples who do not live together are considered to be one household. Extensive outdoor facilities such as golf courses, riding facilities or tennis courts may also be used by several people who are active in individual sports, provided that the distance rules are observed.
- The retail trade is allowed no Click & Meet to offer.
- Closure of businesses for the provision of body-friendly services (cosmetics, nail, massage, tattoo, tanning and piercing studios, as well as cosmetic foot care facilities and similar facilities).
- Hairdressers may remain open.
- Art and youth art schools are only allowed to offer online offers.
- Curfew: If, taking into account all the other protective measures taken so far, there is a significant risk to the effective containment of the spread of the coronavirus, the stay outside the apartment or other accommodation is for the period from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day is only permitted if there are valid reasons.

health authorities in BW are now imposing the night curfew. In
Baden-Wuerttemberg Nightly curfews from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. can be imposed by cities and districts if “taking into account all other protective measures taken so far, there is a significant risk to the effective containment of the spread of the
coronavirus”. –
