In view of World Mental Health Day to be commemorated on October 10, at the Secretariat of Health and Health Services of Veracruz, we reinforce the actions that generate the academic and professional exchange of experts in the field of mental health.
For this reason, today I was pleased to inaugurate the Eleventh Mental Health Conference, “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right” which aims to strengthen quality care and human warmth, in offices, clinics and hospitals, advancing towards comprehensive health of the Veracruz population.
My recognition to the Veracruzano Institute of Mental Health “Dr. Rafael Velasco Fernández” for the initiative with which he has been striving to continue raising awareness about mental health for more than 10 years.
With these actions we reiterate the commitment of the government headed by Mr. Cuitláhuac García Jiménez, for the comprehensive well-being of the people of Veracruz.
