The Cevennes evasion team organized an official inauguration of its new headquarters located in the artisanal area of Saint-Julien-du-Gourg on Thursday November 10 in the evening, associating the company’s historical partners. By June 2021 the shop and administrative services had left the city center for this building, built with environmentally friendly materials and financed by the company, before the workshops moved in October 2021.
The sub-prefect of the district of Florac-Trois-Rivières, David Ursulet, the senator Guylène Pantel, the president of the community of communes Gorges Causses Cévennes, Henri Couderc, the mayor, Flore Thérond, accompanied by the deputy Martine Bourgade, present for the occasion, they were able to discover the place and congratulate themselves on this great achievement. The importance of the Cévennes evasion activity was also recalled.
The company is well known for supporting sports activities, less so for construction sites and the development of areas (play areas for children or tree climbing, for example), whose activity is under development and which today represents almost half of the turnover . Projects are currently underway in the Béarn and also in Switzerland.
We took the opportunity to thank the staff of this SARL who, as mentioned by Philippe Blanchet, “operates today on the basis of a cooperative, nine of the ten permanent employees are members.” A cordial greeting was addressed to Bertrand Leloup, who has recently retired.
