INAUGURATION OF ABDOUL CISSÉ KANE DES AGNAMS HOSPITAL

On this third day of economic tour in the north, the President proceeded this afternoon to the inauguration of the Abdou Cissé Kane des Agnams hospital.
Built on 2.5 hectares, the Agnam hospital has 71 beds. The health establishment will contribute to better health coverage in the northern zone and facilitate access to quality care for local populations.
The infrastructure bears the name of Abdou Cissé Kane, First President of the rural community of Agnams.
Abdou Cissé Kane is an emblematic figure who leaves an indelible mark on the Agnams. In his speech, the President paid tribute to the man by citing his various achievements with his own means including the first elementary school of Agnam Sivol in 1960, the first market in 1962, the dispensary in 1963, the borehole in 1977 among others.
“Abdou Cissé Kane is an example of selflessness, altruism and devotion to the community; he deserves our recognition,” said President Macky Sall of the godfather.
On this 3rd day of the economic tour in the north, President Macky Sall inaugurated the Kass Kass, Saldé and Pété section then Gadiobé – Boké Dialoubé.
