«This event is not a neutral festival, it is a progressive festival and a wide call that is part of the celebrations of the 30 years of February 4 and the 20 years of the coup against Commander Hugo Chávez in 2002Villegas said.
This festival, which was an initiative of the Bolivarian Government and organized by the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, through the National Theater Company, will be held until August 7, reports the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN).
