In Vannes, a job dating to reduce the processing of daily allowances at the CPAM – Vannes

There is tension on the job market and, at the moment, it is rather the recruiters that it concerns. Faced with the difficulty of filling temporary positions, the CPAM of Morbihan has linked up with Pôle emploi in Vannes-Ouest to find fifteen agents to whom it offers three-month fixed-term contracts starting in September. “We are experiencing growth in our business. And alongside that, there are always Covid-related needs. The health crisis has led to a large number of sick leaves and we need to reduce the processing of daily allowances, ”explains Delphine Destremont, recruitment and professional training manager at the CPAM.

A formula adapted to the urgency of the situation

The Social Security of Morbihan would thus have some two months of delay to catch up. This will be the role of some of the fifteen people recruited on Monday July 25 after individual interviews. “We chose the job dating formula to respond to the urgency of the situation,” continues Delphine Destremont. Facing her, one of the fifteen recruits of the day: Vanessa Blouët, job seeker recently. She, who has dual skills in “customer relations” and “administrative management”, will join the brigade of agents responsible for reducing the processing of outstanding daily allowances.
