From September 1, Ukraine will have a new procedure for the payment and delivery of pensions and state financial assistance, established by the government Resolution No. 277… Until this date, the current procedure will remain in force, according to which Ukrposhta delivers social benefits.
Under the new rules, the payment of pensions and social assistance will be carried out by authorized banks, and their delivery – by organizations specially selected through a competition. About it informs press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
In particular, pensions will be brought home not to everyone, but only to some categories of citizens, namely:
-
people with disabilities of group I;
-
persons who, according to the conclusion of the medical advisory commission, are not capable of self-service and need constant outside care;
-
persons who have reached the age of 80;
-
recipients of state social assistance to persons not eligible for a pension, and care allowances.
The Fund will hold a competition until September 1 to select companies that will deliver payments to the above-mentioned persons. But all the other retirees who today receive payments in the offices of “Ukrposhta” or delivered to your home by postmen, until September 1, 2021, they must choose a bank to the account in which they will receive money. However, you can open such an account not in any bank, but only in an authorized one, the list of which has been made public By the Pension Fund.
If a pensioner or recipient of cash assistance does not decide on the choice of an authorized bank before September 1, their payment will be carried out through a current account with Oschadbank, which will open automatically at the request of the body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Pensioners will be informed about this. In the future, it will be possible to change the authorized bank at any time at will.
As reported OBOZREVATEL, in Ukraine, from January 2022, the next stage of increasing requirements for receiving a pension at 60 years will take place. As a result, some Ukrainians will remain without payments.
