Recalculation is prescribed by law On the budget of Ukraine for 2021… So, from July 1, the minimum pension will increase from UAH 1,769 to UAH 1,854, and the maximum payment – from UAH 17,690 to UAH 18,540. From December 1, there will be another increase: to 1934 and 19,340 UAH, respectively.
As stated in data Minsots, even taking into account the outdated calculation methodology, the subsistence minimum should be almost twice as high as the current one. The minimum pension is set at the minimum subsistence level for the disabled.
By the way, with an average salary, you can count on a pension of about UAH 3.5 thousand. At the same time, those Ukrainians who show the minimum wage and pay taxes on it, when they go on a well-deserved rest, can count on a payment of only UAH 1,769.
