NEURC has revised electricity distribution tariffs for six operators. For oblenergos in the war zone, a gradual increase in tariffs is proposed.

In Ukraine, from the spring of 2023, electricity for some more consumers will begin to rise in price. About it informs press service of the National Commission, which regulates energy and utilities (NEURC).

It is reported that electricity tariffs for non-residential consumers will increase. In particular, the National Commission revised the prices for the distribution of electricity for six distribution system operators (DSOs).

At the same time, it is noted that tariffs for the distribution of electricity will be increased in stages for oblenergos located in the war zone:

  • “DTEK Donetsk Grids”;
  • “Zaporozhyeoblenergo”;
  • “Khersonoblenergo”;
  • “DTEK High-Voltage Networks”;
  • “Lugansk Energy Association”;
  • State Enterprise “Regional Power Grids”.

Thus, tariffs will increase in April and July 2023. As a result, prices will rise by 54,4-81,7% for the first voltage class and on 35,6-56,7% – for the second.

In the new tariffs for six SSRs, the costs have been revised, in particular:

  • for salary payments;
  • to pay for electricity transmission services and dispatching services of NPC “Ukrenergo”;
  • for the purchase of electricity losses in networks;
  • for the purchase of electricity on the spot market.

Recall that electricity for some household consumers in Ukraine has already risen in price since January 1, 2023. So, the new rates apply to:

  • electricity transmission services;
  • services for dispatching (operational-technological) management of NPC “Ukrenergo”;
  • electrical energy distribution services;
  • services of universal service providers.

Also Focus told how the prices for some utilities in Ukraine have changed since December of this year. Although, as you know, the Cabinet of Ministers has introduced a moratorium on the rise in the cost of utilities for the population since the beginning of a full-scale war with the Russian Federation.
