After the pharmacy service was denied to the beneficiaries of the Social Security clinic 16 in Torreón, for an alleged robbery, on Tuesday some patients lined up from 6:00 in the morning to be among the first treated.

The doors open at 8:00, however, access to the pharmacy opened 13 minutes later. In most cases, beneficiaries have to stop doing their daily activities to go for their medication.

Some say that the situation has weeks and even months, as they go to the window and are informed that they do not have the drug.

Poor and ill-treated, it is how patients rate the Social Security system, where they explained, they lack the methods to notify whether or not they have medication with a list, and not to have them trained to waste their time, while others said not having the resources to solve their treatment, so they ask for help from the corresponding authorities.
