In October last year, the emission-free transport service provider CleverShuttle ceased operations in Hamburg, Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main. Now the ride pooling company, which is largely owned by Deutsche Bahn, has announced that it is withdrawing from three other large cities.

As from a press release from CleverShuttle shows, customers in Berlin, Dresden and Munich can no longer order trips via the RidePooling provider. “The trigger for the step is a strategic reassessment of the activities in these cities, as well as economic reasons”, it says in the message.
