For most of us, the internet is an integral part of life. Whether at work or at home, whether on the smartphone or on the television: Nothing works without the Internet. But that costs! These ten countries have the highest annual Internet costs.
After all, 66.4 million people in Germany use the Internet. Most Germans prefer to surf: Inside from their own four walls. That gives the annual Online study of ARD and ZDF on German media consumption.
So it is no wonder that the demand for cheap and, at the same time, fast Internet is high – and continues to grow. But with increasing performance, internet costs inevitably also increase.
Almost 800 euros a year: Internet costs are highest in these 10 countries
Incidentally, with annual costs of 418.12 euros, we are only in the middle of a European comparison. This is the result of a study by the technology platform Addictive Tips.
For their study, the experts compared the Internet costs for a broadband connection in 37 European countries. The Internet is therefore cheapest in Ukraine. Annual costs of just 64.66 euros arise here.
