Rare sight: In a new Instagram photo, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan take a look at their private garden in Montecito. American poet Amanda Gorman also appears in the photo after being a guest on Meghan’s podcast.

You rarely see Prince Harry (38) and Duchess Meghan (41) so privately. American poet Amanda Gorman (24) has a picture together on Instagram shared with the couple after making a surprise appearance at the end of the latest episode of Meghan’s Spotify podcast Archetypes.

“I am delighted to have had the honor of speaking with the Duchess on her podcast ‘Archetypes’ where I spoke about the power of women as change makers. Thank you for inviting me,” she enthuses in her post.

The three pose arm in arm in the private garden of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan. Several trees and part of their house in Montecito can be seen in the background. Both Harry and Meghan are wearing casual looks, he is wearing a navy polo, she is wearing jeans, a top and a knitted cardigan. Gorman shines in a colorful boho dress.

How do you know Amanda Gorman?

Amanda Gorman recited a poem in January 2021 at the inauguration of US President Joe Biden (80) in front of the Capitol. The poetry slammer’s performance went around the world, and numerous talk shows and modeling agencies in the United States then tore Gorman to pieces. She later also read a poem at the Super Bowl in February.

In addition to Gorman, “Sex and the City” author Candace Bushnell (63) and actress Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (31) also guested on Meghan’s podcast. It has been argued, for example, that women are sometimes pilloried for their ‘sexiness’ and ‘sexuality’.
