Al-Marsad newspaper: Infection control consultant Dr Maha Al-Alawi has revealed the danger of seasonal flu, noting that it can lead to death.
And he said during his speech with the “Rased” program broadcast on the Al-Ikhbariya channel: “The elderly who are over 65 years old, children under 5 or 6 years old, pregnant women, diabetics and asthmatics suffer of weak immunity, and their seasonal flu infection can lead to admission to intensive care or death.
It pointed to the death of a mother and her daughter from seasonal flu.
