In the second training, Perez knocks out Raikonen and receives a penalty

In the eventful second training session on the Mugello track before the Tuscany Grand Prix, Walter Botass reached the fastest lap time, beating Luis Hamilton by 0.2 seconds.

Immediately behind both Mercedes drivers was the Red Bull duo, but this time the honor of the third strongest team went to the Renault team, which in recent stages has been increasingly involved in battles with McLaren, Racing Point and Ferrari.

Serhio Peress was penalized for the 1st starting position, who caught Kimi Raikonen’s “Alfa Romeo” after leaving the boxes, forcing the 2007 champion to make the first turn.

McLaren driver Lando Noris, who had an accident, and the Ferrari team also failed in the unsuccessful session – Charles Lecler slipped off the track, but Sebastian Fellis faced engine problems.
